- Monitor and analyze budgetary constraints across all operational departments
- Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service level targets
- Conduct regular financial audits and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost reporting systems
- Collaborate with department heads to align cost control initiatives with business goals
- Forecast financial trends and provide recommendations for budget adjustments
- Track KPIs related to operational costs and service quality
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or WFM operations
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (Excel, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of food delivery or logistics industry is a plus
- Certification in cost management or related field is advantageous
