Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in workforce management or logistics operations
- Advanced proficiency in forecasting methodologies and KPI analysis tools
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in workforce management software
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments in fast-paced environments
