As part of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for streamlining our booking process, ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard. You will handle a high volume of messages, organize schedules, and coordinate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding rentals and services via WhatsApp and phone with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Manage and process incoming reservation requests, including checking availability and sending quotes.
  • Schedule bookings and send confirmation details to clients to ensure no double bookings occur.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and reservation details.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated on company offerings to provide accurate information to potential customers.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
