To support our expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and certified Wheel Mechanic to join our technical team at our Kebayoran Baru facility.
As a Wheel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and repair of wheels, tires, and related systems for our fleet of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles. Your duties will include conducting regular inspections, performing tire rotations, balancing, and alignment, as well as replacing worn or damaged components. You will work closely with senior mechanics to ensure all equipment operates at peak performance and adheres to stringent safety regulations.
We are looking for someone with a strong educational foundation from SMK Teknik Otomotif or Teknik Alat Berat, combined with practical experience. A valid BMC (Basic Mechanic Certificate) is mandatory. You must be willing to relocate or travel to various project sites as needed. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective repairs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect and diagnose issues with wheels, tires, and related components.
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and wheel alignments.
- Replace and repair tires and wheels as needed.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on wheel equipment and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment availability.
Kualifikasi
- SMK graduate in Automotive Engineering (Teknik Otomotif) or Heavy Equipment Engineering (Teknik Alat Berat).
- Valid BMC (Basic Mechanic Certificate) certification.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic, preferably in heavy equipment.
- Willingness to be placed at any PPA project location across Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
