You will act as the primary liaison between Maxis and wholesale partners, collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver seamless service solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts to exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Maxis's market share in the wholesale sector.
  • Negotiate and renew wholesale contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and network operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and provide strategic solutions to maintain high customer retention rates.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wholesale account management or telecom sales.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and wholesale business models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian telecommunications regulations and market dynamics is preferred.
