Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L1.5 WiFi and network troubleshooting for enterprise environments
- Manage SLA ticket lifecycle from creation to closure
- Coordinate escalation support for complex network incidents
- Diagnose and resolve basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools
- Document network configurations and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software solutions
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in IT Networking or related field
- 1+ years of network support experience
- Proficiency in WiFi troubleshooting (802.11 standards)
- Knowledge of SLA management principles
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN protocols and devices
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
