Join PERSOL as a WiFi Network Technician and become a vital part of our IT infrastructure team. We're seeking a skilled professional to deliver L1.5 support for enterprise-grade network and wireless systems. In this role, you'll ensure seamless connectivity across our clients' environments while maintaining optimal performance and security standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L1.5 technical support for network and wireless infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across enterprise WiFi systems
- Install, configure, and maintain wireless access points and network equipment
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and SNMP monitoring
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed technical analysis
- Implement security protocols to protect wireless networks from vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Network Engineering, or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in network/wireless support roles
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and 802.11 wireless standards
- Proficiency in network diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute)
- Experience with enterprise WiFi systems (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
