Join Quantrics as a Windows and Database Infrastructure Engineer and play a pivotal role in supporting Canada's premier Telco, Media, and Tech giant. This remote position offers the opportunity to design, implement, and maintain robust Windows Server environments while expertly managing MS SQL databases. - Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Administer and optimize MS SQL databases including performance tuning and backup/recovery
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust solutions
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Design and implement infrastructure upgrades and migrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document procedures and maintain system configuration records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Windows Server administration experience
- Expert knowledge of MS SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Active Directory and DNS
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
