As a Wine Associate Server, you will be the face of our establishment. You will not only serve premium beverages and curated dishes but also act as a guide for our guests, helping them navigate our extensive wine list to find the perfect pairing. - Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
- Provide expert recommendations on wine selections and food pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, wine lists, and daily specials to answer guest inquiries with confidence.
- Execute efficient table service, including pouring, glassware management, and order accuracy.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the dining area at all times.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any service-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in high-end dining, hospitality, or wine service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of viticulture and wine service techniques.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Passion for learning and expanding wine knowledge through continuous training.
