Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management and organization of the wine cellar to ensure optimal storage conditions.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels using our digital management systems.
- Prepare and pull wine selections for service based on member orders and sommelier requests.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming wine deliveries for accuracy and quality compliance.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance within the cellar, ensuring a pristine and hazard-free environment.
- Support the senior cellar team with logistics, including the movement and staging of inventory between storage and service areas.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols regarding manual handling and wine storage are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cellar Hand, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar hospitality logistics role is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for wine and a willingness to learn about different regions, producers, and vintages.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including the lifting and movement of wine cases.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for inventory tracking and administrative reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support the club's operations.
