- Provide professional wine service including pouring, decanting, and proper glassware presentation

- Process payments and maintain transaction records

Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of wine steward or similar hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and pairings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Wine certification (e.g., WSET) is advantageous
