- Provide refined table service, including taking orders and serving food and beverages with professionalism.

- Manage the wine inventory, including cellar organization and restocking as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with poise and efficiency.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service synchronization.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a restaurant, hotel, or wine bar setting.
- Strong foundational knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and service etiquette.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
