We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Operations team at TerraBarn Inc. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Windows-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our on-premises and cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with the DevOps team to streamline deployment processes, automate workflows, and enhance our cloud strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy configurations.
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud solutions, primarily focusing on Azure or AWS integration.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and implement proactive maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols to protect organizational assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.
- Perform regular security audits, patching, and updates on all infrastructure components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Wintel engineering and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Hyper-V.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
