Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of W specialists in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows-based systems and Intel hardware solutions
- Develop and implement workstation build automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment time
- Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of Windows desktop and server environments
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation for Windows and Intel infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize IT operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay current with the latest Windows and Intel technologies and recommend appropriate upgrades or innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on Windows and Intel environments
- Proven experience in workstation build and automation, including scripting and deployment tools
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server) and Intel hardware platforms
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing IT teams
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA A+, etc.) are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
