Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Implement and maintain virtualization infrastructure using VMware vSphere/Hyper-V with focus on resource optimization
- Monitor system health using SCOM/SolarWinds, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and execute proactive maintenance
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts for deployment, patch management, and configuration standardization
- Manage SCCM/MEM solutions for OS deployment, software distribution, and endpoint security
- Execute disaster recovery procedures, backup verification, and system restoration testing
- Document infrastructure blueprints, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for operational excellence
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture integration (AWS/Azure) and migration planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent professional certification (MCSA/MCSE preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Windows Server administration in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in Active Directory design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Expert-level knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management
- VMware vSphere/Hyper-V administration with focus on resource optimization
- SCCM/MEM deployment experience in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with proven incident resolution track record
