Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machines
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Execute backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery testing
- Document system configurations, changes, and operational procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide technical support
- Implement security patches and system updates
- Collaborate with team members on infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 1-3 years of Windows Server administration experience
- Hands-on VMware vSphere implementation and management
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and cloud concepts
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Knowledge of backup solutions like Veeam or VMware Data Recovery
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, VMware VCP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
