- Set up and operate Wire Cut and EDM machines according to technical specifications
- Program machine parameters for optimal cutting precision and efficiency
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues
- Prepare raw materials and load fixtures securely
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- SPM/Diploma in Machining, Tool & Die Making, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Wire Cut and EDM operations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming fundamentals
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers)
- Certification in machining operations preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
