Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize wireless communication systems for diverse client needs
- Conduct thorough site surveys and network assessments to determine optimal wireless solutions
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing wireless networks
- Stay current with emerging wireless technologies and industry best practices
- Train clients and internal teams on new wireless solutions and technologies
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless network design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of wireless technologies including 4G/LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, and related protocols
- Proficiency in network analysis tools and wireless testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in wireless technologies (e.g., CWNA, CWNP) are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
