Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise loading/unloading operations of bulk and container vessels to ensure cargo integrity
- Coordinate with vessel crews and port authorities for seamless cargo transfers
- Enforce strict safety protocols during hazardous material handling
- Maintain accurate documentation of cargo manifests and vessel operations
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, cranes) with precision and safety awareness
- Train junior staff on cargo handling best practices and emergency procedures
- Optimize vessel turnaround times through efficient cargo management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in maritime operations/logistics
- Minimum 2 years' experience in bulk/container vessel cargo handling
- Valid certifications in cargo handling, forklift operation, or maritime safety
- Strong knowledge of IMDG Code for hazardous materials
- Physical ability to work in demanding port environments and shift schedules
- Excellent problem-solving skills for cargo-related operational challenges
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Fluent in English and Filipino for clear communication with diverse teams
