Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Analyze warehouse performance data and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Train warehouse staff on WMS usage and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or WMS operations
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Knowledge of Sabah's logistics landscape advantageous
