Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize delivery routes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Monitor route performance metrics and adjust plans based on real-time conditions
- Develop contingency plans for disruptions and maintain service level agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives
- Generate performance reports and recommend process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with WMS software and route planning tools
- Proficiency in logistics analytics and data visualization platforms
- Strong understanding of local traffic patterns and geography in Sabah
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
