Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality 1-on-1 Business English lessons tailored to the specific professional needs of adult learners.
- Provide constructive feedback on grammar, pronunciation, and business vocabulary usage.
- Design engaging lesson plans that focus on corporate scenarios, such as emails, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain a professional virtual classroom environment that encourages student confidence and fluency.
- Track student progress consistently and update reports within our internal learning management system.
- Ensure all technical requirements for remote teaching are met to provide a seamless learning experience.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve teaching quality and student satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching ESL, preferably with a focus on Business English.
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Proven ability to adapt teaching strategies to the professional goals of adult learners.
- Technical proficiency with a stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-canceling headset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, encouraging demeanor.
- Availability to commit to peak-hour teaching schedules.
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred but not required.
