Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a high level of professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients based on their specific needs.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets (KPIs) regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for China market support).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with internet browsers and communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and a strong desire to help others.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the shift schedule.
