Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide comprehensive support.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate; College level or Graduate preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Must have a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended) and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
  • Ability to work full-time, flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to help others.
