Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls and digital lead generation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend the most suitable insurance products.
- Present and explain various insurance policy options, including life, health, or property coverage.
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure all documentation is handled accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and renewal rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-centric role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working remotely.
- Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM platforms.
