Tanggung Jawab
- Answer incoming calls from patients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Efficiently schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments using designated systems.
- Document all interactions and update patient records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a patient-first approach, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and other data privacy guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address diverse inquiries effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with native-level English fluency.
- Proven ability to empathize with callers, actively listen, and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and internet-based applications.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
- Possession of a stable and high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a reliable backup plan.
- Ability to maintain a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office space.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of healthcare processes is highly desirable.
