- Deliver customized lesson plans focused on Business English and professional communication skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional online teaching environment compliant with company standards.
- Track student attendance and lesson outcomes through our integrated dashboard.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated with instructional best practices.
- Communicate effectively with students from diverse global cultures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an ESL or English language tutor, preferably with adult learners.
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, encouraging teaching demeanor.
- Reliable home internet connection (high-speed) and a noise-free work environment.
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools (Zoom, Skype, or similar platforms).
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs.
- Must be based in the Philippines and have valid work authorization.
