Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to identify their protection and investment goals.
- Present and recommend tailored life insurance, health, and investment-linked products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve individual sales targets and business development goals.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage own portfolio and provide ongoing policy servicing to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support collective success.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School Graduate (Senior High School) or College Level. Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required.
- No prior experience in insurance or financial services is needed—we provide full training.
- Must reside in or nearby San Ildefonso, Bulacan (or willing to work within the area).
- Possess a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital/virtual environment.
- Must be willing to take the licensure exam for Insurance Agents (training will be provided).
