- Conduct needs analysis for potential clients to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy details, terms, and benefits to customers clearly and effectively.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Attend training sessions and product workshops to stay updated on industry standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience in sales or insurance is required; training will be provided.
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must have a valid proof of residency in the Philippines (Marikina City/Metro Manila area).
