Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain insurance products and services.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and manage policy renewals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary insurance licenses if applicable.
