Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline via phone and digital channels.
- Conduct thorough virtual needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products to clients.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals that align with client financial goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress within our CRM system.
- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Exceed monthly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance advisory roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, etc.).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive home-office environment.
- Ability to grasp complex financial product information and explain it simply to clients.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus.
