Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and efficient technical support to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware or software-related inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to reduce recurring issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate Tier 2 or engineering teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Cantonese (spoken and written) is mandatory; English and Mandarin skills are a significant advantage.
- Possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/Work From Home setup.
- Must possess a stable internet connection and a conducive home workspace.
