Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and efficient technical support to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware or software-related inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to reduce recurring issues.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate Tier 2 or engineering teams.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Cantonese (spoken and written) is mandatory; English and Mandarin skills are a significant advantage.
  • Possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/Work From Home setup.
  • Must possess a stable internet connection and a conducive home workspace.
