In this role, you will not be required to close sales directly. Instead, your primary focus will be on building rapport with potential leads and scheduling high-quality appointments for our expert sales team. This is a commission-based role with a competitive base, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maximizing your earnings potential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using provided databases and scripts.
- Present Telepartners Solutions services professionally to identify client needs.
- Engage prospects in conversation to determine their interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Accurately record call notes and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure a seamless handover of booked appointments.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence with a professional and friendly tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web-based tools.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
