In this pivotal role, you will optimize our Workday ecosystem, solve complex system challenges, and drive business success by ensuring our Human Capital Management (HCM) processes run flawlessly.
As a Workday Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between HR business partners and technical teams. You will be responsible for configuring Workday modules, analyzing system data, and providing critical support to end-users during off-peak hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient Workday configurations and workflows.
- Analyze system data and trends to provide actionable insights for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users during the assigned night shift hours.
- Manage Workday integrations, ensuring accurate data synchronization between external systems and the core platform.
- Design, test, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer or similar tools.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles to ensure system stability and security.
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge bases to support the user community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Workday Analyst, Consultant, or Functional Consultant.
- Workday Certification (HCM, Payroll, or Advanced Reporting) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll structures, and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM or similar schedule).
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
