Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions
- Configure, customize, and implement Workday modules including HCM, Financials, and Payroll
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system functionality and data integrity
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge transfer
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to recommend system enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Consultant or similar role
- Proven expertise in implementing and customizing Workday HCM and Financials modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes, financial management, and data integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Certification in Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Financials) is highly desirable
- Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and security configurations
