Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle Workday HCM implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with clients to analyze existing HR processes and optimize them using Workday capabilities
- Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting) to meet business requirements
- Develop integration solutions between Workday and third-party systems (ERP, payroll, etc.)
- Conduct user training, documentation, and change management support
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Maintain expertise on Workday updates and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Management modules
- Experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Workday Web Services, EIB)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Workday certifications (Implementation Consultant preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
