- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for global enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Architect and optimize complex Workday integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, ERP)
- Provide expert guidance on Workday security models, data governance, and compliance frameworks
- Mentor and develop junior consultants through technical training and best practice sharing
- Drive continuous improvement of Workday configurations to enhance system performance and user experience
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for global delivery initiatives
- Stay current with Workday product innovations and industry trends to recommend strategic enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience with 3+ years in senior consulting roles
- Expert-level knowledge of Workday Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Integration Cloud
- Proven track record of leading global Workday deployments across multiple countries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Workday certifications (Implementation Consultant, Advanced, or Specialist preferred)
- Experience with Workday security configurations, custom reporting, and calculated fields
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
