- Perform core configuration tasks for new Workday platform implementations and system enhancements
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical configurations

- Develop comprehensive documentation for configuration processes and system workflows
- Provide end-user training and support during the transition to new Workday modules
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and deliver timely solutions to ensure project timelines
- Coordinate with technical teams to integrate Workday with existing enterprise systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Workday implementation projects or SaaS configuration roles
- Strong understanding of Workday modules including HCM, Financials, or Talent Management
- Experience with project management methodologies and implementation best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in testing tools and configuration validation processes
- Certification in Workday (e.g., Implementation Consultant) is highly desirable
