Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management) to meet client requirements
- Analyze business processes and design end-to-end solutions aligned with Workday best practices
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across global organizations
- Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and ensure solution quality and compliance
- Create and deliver user training materials and change management strategies
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support
- Document configurations, processes, and knowledge transfer materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Workday HCM implementation/configuration experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition)
- Experience with Workday Studio, integrations, and reporting
- Certification in Workday HCM (Implementation or Integration preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote team environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
