Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily field worker activities to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager regularly.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all construction zones.
- Manage the distribution of resources, materials, and equipment to work teams.
- Bridge communication between site workers and office management to resolve field-level issues promptly.
- Ensure all site documentation and worker attendance records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Maintain discipline and orderly conduct within the provided accommodation and work site areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or industrial site coordination/supervision.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage diverse groups of field workers.
- Excellent understanding of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Willingness to be stationed in Batam and reside in the provided company mess.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Relevant vocational degree (SMK/Diploma) in Civil Engineering or related fields.
