PERSOL is seeking a talented Workflow Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust workflow automation solutions using your expertise in HTML and XML. You will play a critical part in web integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between various systems and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications. Your day-to-day activities will include debugging and troubleshooting code, conducting performance analysis, and creating comprehensive technical documentation. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.

- Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions using HTML, XML, and related web technologies.
- Integrate various web-based systems and APIs to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot code to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.
- Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programming with HTML and XML, with a strong understanding of web integration.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools, BPM software, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.
