We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Workforce Acceleration Team Leader to join our team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will lead the Workforce Acceleration (WA) function within Trust & Safety. The WA team is the engine that ensures our safety operations are adequately resourced, optimized, and future-ready. By aligning workforce supply with dynamic business demands, you will be directly responsible for the scalability and efficiency of our global content moderation workforce.
You will lead a high-performing team of analysts and planners, driving comprehensive workforce strategies that span capacity planning, demand forecasting, and long-term strategic initiatives. This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with Operations, Policy, Product, and Engineering teams to solve complex problems and drive operational excellence. Your insights and strategies will directly influence the safety posture of the platform and the user experience of millions worldwide.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of workforce planning professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute robust short-term and long-term workforce strategies for global Trust & Safety operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels and cost efficiency.
- Partner with global Operations leaders and Finance to drive the annual headcount planning and budgeting process, building complex capacity models to support business growth.
- Analyze operational KPIs, historical trends, and business drivers to produce accurate volume forecasts and actionable staffing recommendations.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve workforce agility, including training pipelines, cross-functional shift models, and automation opportunities.
- Serve as the key point of contact and strategic advisor for workforce-related matters, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate new tools and systems that enhance workforce visibility and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify risks to service delivery SLAs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, resource management, or strategic operations within a technology, consulting, or BPO environment.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a proven track record of driving results through others.
- Advanced proficiency in workforce management tools and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent BI tools).
- Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies (time series, causal models) and capacity planning principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision-making in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in Trust & Safety, risk management, or content moderation operations is highly desirable.
