Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop accurate forecasts for staffing requirements based on business needs and historical data
- Create and maintain workforce schedules to ensure optimal coverage while controlling costs
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate workforce performance metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with department managers to understand operational requirements and align workforce planning
- Implement and maintain workforce management systems and tools
- Continuously improve workforce processes through data analysis and best practices
- Provide recommendations for workforce optimization based on analytical insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in workforce management, analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of workforce management principles and practices
- Experience with WFM software (e.g., Verint, NICE, IEX) is a plus
