Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement workforce scheduling strategies to optimize staffing levels and coverage
- Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics (e.g., adherence, occupancy, AHT)
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and adjust plans proactively
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions per company policies
- Identify training gaps and coordinate skill development initiatives for staff
- Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational workforce standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce management or BPO operations
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Verint, Calabrio)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in shift scheduling and resource allocation
- Knowledge of BPO industry metrics and performance standards
