Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical call volume and service data to develop accurate workforce forecasts.
- Build and maintain capacity planning models to optimize staffing levels and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with operations managers to design optimal shift schedules and break patterns.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor real-time service levels and adjust forecasts to meet changing business needs.
- Identify trends and variances in operational performance to recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
