Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze workforce data and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities across multiple agencies
- Develop and implement workforce allocation strategies aligned with operational demands
- Monitor agency compliance with SLAs and quality standards through regular audits
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to resolve staffing issues and ensure smooth workflows
- Design and maintain workforce management dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Coordinate with HR on payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in workforce management, logistics operations, or agency coordination
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and KPI monitoring
- Excellent communication skills for managing agency relationships and stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in workforce management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience in e-commerce or retail logistics preferred
