Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Management software and tools specifically tailored for the healthcare sector.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and forecasting to develop optimized staffing models and schedules.
- Manage change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems by staff and management.
- Perform quality assurance testing and provide training sessions to end-users.
- Monitor implementation progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Workforce Management, Workforce Planning, or Programme Implementation.
- Proven experience working within the healthcare or life sciences industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with WFM tools such as Calabrio, Kronos, or similar workforce optimization platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and non-technical healthcare staff.
