- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key workforce metrics (e.g., attendance, shrinkage, occupancy, service level).
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and forecast future staffing requirements for multiple lines of business.
- Collaborate with operations managers to develop tailored reporting solutions that address specific business needs.
- Monitor real-time adherence and performance data, providing recommendations for schedule optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and conducting regular audits.
- Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI for management review.
- Assist in the development of capacity plans and long-term workforce strategies.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in workforce reporting, data analysis, or workforce management.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data modeling) and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
