- Analyze workforce data to generate comprehensive reports on staffing, productivity, and performance metrics
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Identify trends and anomalies in workforce data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure workforce efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Present complex data insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or workforce reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of workforce metrics and KPIs in contact center environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with workforce management systems (WFM) is highly desirable
