Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement optimal staff schedules aligning with business requirements and service-level agreements
- Monitor attendance, adherence to schedules, and address staffing gaps proactively
- Analyze historical data to forecast staffing needs and adjust schedules based on call volume trends
- Collaborate with department heads to accommodate employee preferences while maintaining operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, break policies, and contractual obligations
- Utilize workforce management software to generate reports and identify optimization opportunities
- Communicate schedule changes effectively to team members and management stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in workforce scheduling or operations management
- Proficiency in workforce management systems (WMS) and scheduling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data trends and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in scheduling and documentation
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational priorities and business needs
- Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices in the BPO industry
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
