Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement optimal staff schedules aligning with business requirements and service-level agreements
  • Monitor attendance, adherence to schedules, and address staffing gaps proactively
  • Analyze historical data to forecast staffing needs and adjust schedules based on call volume trends
  • Collaborate with department heads to accommodate employee preferences while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, break policies, and contractual obligations
  • Utilize workforce management software to generate reports and identify optimization opportunities
  • Communicate schedule changes effectively to team members and management stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience in workforce scheduling or operations management
  • Proficiency in workforce management systems (WMS) and scheduling software
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data trends and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in scheduling and documentation
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational priorities and business needs
  • Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices in the BPO industry
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
